TuniGoo

Privacy policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy explains how TuniGoo handles your personal data, in line with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.

1. Data controller

TuniGoo, Tunisia. For any question about your data: +216 20 742 030 (24/7).

2. What we collect

When you book: name, email, phone, flight number, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, special requests (child seat), the payment method chosen and the payment status.

If you create an account: name, email, phone and password (stored only in hashed form, never in plain text). If you post a review: the rating, the comment and your first name.

For card payments, your card details are entered with Konnect or Stripe; we only receive the result of the payment.

3. Why we use it

To carry out your booking (arrange the trip, brief the driver, contact you), send you the confirmation and useful information, take and refund payments, answer your requests, keep the site secure and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

4. Who can see it

The driver assigned to your trip receives what they need: name, phone, flight number, addresses and time.

Our technical providers, only to run the service: Cloudflare (site hosting and security), Render (application server, Germany), Supabase (database, Germany), Stripe and Konnect (payments), our email delivery provider, and OpenRouteService and Photon, which receive the addresses entered to calculate the route, without your identity.

Some of these providers store data outside Tunisia, mainly in the European Union, with appropriate security safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as needed to provide the service, then for the period our accounting and tax obligations require. Account data is kept while the account exists. Booking drafts saved in your browser are cleared when you close the tab.

6. Cookies and local storage

One cookie only: the session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers your language, your currency and the booking you are filling in. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not track you across sites. No advertising cookies.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, passwords are protected with a strong hashing algorithm, and access to booking data is limited to the people who need it to provide the service.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds, by calling us on +216 20 742 030. You can also lodge a complaint with Tunisia’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes are announced on the site.
