What if my flight is delayed?
We ask for your flight number when you book and pass it to your driver, so the pickup is planned around the actual landing. If you know about a long delay, message us and we will move it.
How will I find my driver?
They wait inside the arrivals hall, past baggage reclaim, holding a board with your name on it.
Can I pay the driver in cash?
Yes. Choose cash at checkout and pay on arrival. Paying by card online is the other option, and either way the price is the same.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the same card.
Can you carry a child seat?
Tell us when you book and we will make sure the driver brings one.
